Delivery time
All our products are made to measure, carefully assembled and handmade in our own workshop in the Netherlands. Our standard delivery time is therefore 7 to 21 working days after we receive your payment.
If delivery takes longer, for example because of a shortage of materials or an exceptionally busy period, we will let you know in good time.

 

Shipping methods
We work with reliable transport partners, depending on the size and weight of your order. Complete systems are usually delivered by pallet transport. Smaller parts may be sent with a regular parcel service.

 

Shipping costs

• Netherlands: €175

• All other European countries: €200

Shipping costs are added automatically at checkout and can change.

 

International shipping
We ship to all European countries. Please note that for countries outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damage during transport
We pack every order with care. If your order is damaged during transport, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of both the damage and the packaging. Without this information, we cannot file a claim with the carrier.

 

Failed delivery or incorrect address
If your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or because no one was present to receive it, redelivery costs may be charged. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete.

Returns

 

At Camperframe.com, every product is made to measure and assembled specifically for your order. We only start building your system once your payment has been received.
For this reason, products cannot be returned or exchanged once your order has been confirmed.

 

Why no returns?
Every system is assembled to your specific measurements and layout. Once it has gone into production, it cannot be resold or reused.

 

Check your order on delivery
If anything is damaged or doesn’t match your order when it arrives, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
