Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store www.camperframe.com by consumers and businesses.
A consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. A business is a natural or legal person acting in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity.
For businesses: any deviating or additional terms and conditions of the business are expressly rejected, unless we have explicitly agreed to them in writing.
Contracting party and formation of the contract
The purchase agreement is concluded with [Garagerek.nl, trading as Camperframe.com].
By presenting products on our website, we make a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement. You can add products to your cart without obligation and correct your details before placing your final order. The agreement is concluded when you click the order button. You will then receive an email confirming your order.
Contract language and storage of data
The contract language is English. We store the text of the agreement. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a copy of these terms and conditions.
Delivery
We deliver by courier or pallet transport to the delivery address you provide. Collection is possible by appointment. We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Payment
We offer the following payment method:

Payment in advance by bank transfer
You will receive the payment details and instructions during the ordering process or by email. Your order goes into production once we have received full payment.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. However, because every system is made to your specifications, this right of withdrawal no longer applies once your order has gone into production.
Transport damage
Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If there is visible transport damage, please report it to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours. Failing to report damage does not affect your statutoryrights, but it does help us make a claim against the carrier.
Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty applies. In the event of defects, you are entitled to repair or replacement. Businesses must report defects within a reasonable time after discovery. Our liability is limited to damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
If the products supplied by us are assembled, installed or modified by the customer or by a third party engaged by the customer, this is entirely at the customer’s own expense and risk.
We are not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from incorrect, careless or non-compliant assembly, installation, fixing, modification or use of the products by the customer or by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the vehicle, its interior, transported goods or persons.
The customer is responsible for assessing whether the construction, fixing points and load capacity of the motorhome or campervan garage are suitable for the installation and use of the product. Any installation advice, manuals or instructions we provide are for information purposes only and do not release the customer from this responsibility.
Dispute resolution
We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. You can submit a complaint via our contact page.
Applicable law and competent court
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. For consumers living in another EU country, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of their country of residence. For businesses, disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where we are established.
